This December, I'm experimenting by publishing the full log of changes and updates for Bloxay.com in one easy post. Without further ado, here is the publish log for Update 8/12/2022.
Front-End Changes
Changes on current pages
All dates in "The Christmas Tree" are now up! Whilst only the present marked with the [CURRENT] tag will have a live countdown, you can still view all the pages for the dates.
Updated What's New page to the December 2022 Freeze Edition. Chilly!
New ExploreMiniView emoji icons display above the normal UI. This will overall create more colour in Bloxay.com!
We're slowly moving away from set emojis and moving towards dynamic system-set emojis across pages. We've begun this by changing the SearchByCategory UI element to have system-set emojis instead of emojis we've set.
Removed the "Christmas Is Coming" element.
Various minor Home page changes such as adding small text to notify new users that there are a ton of events happening.
Various Site Profile changes.
Updated the site theme to match my brand cartoon main colour. More vibrant.
New pages
New Find Site Profiles page. The name gives away its purpose. We'll be Beta testing this page and improving on it a lot in the future.
New Branding page. This page will display all Bloxay, Bloxay's Community, and Bloxay.com branding. This page is currently in Beta.
New Branding Usage (Usage) page. This page will tell you what you may and may not do with all branding.
New Beta page. This page tells all users what a Beta element is, and contains some useful information.
URL changes
New v1.bloxay.com URL.
New christmas.bloxay.com URL.
Back-End Changes
Cloudflare changes
Minor changes to Cloudflare. We've also decided to remove the Russia block as it was resulting in slower speeds globally. We still support Ukraine!
IP Logger changes
Since the IP Logger redirects have been inactive for some time now, we've started disabling the urls.
